Sponsoring Organization: St. Mary Coptic Orthodox Church – Palatine, IL

Location of Program: Palatine, IL and surrounding areas.

Remote or Physical Attendance: Physical Attendance at the program location is required.

Dates: June 28th – Aug 2nd (4 days/week)(3 days summer club + optional 1 day field trip)

Award amount: $800 base for HS – $1,000 base for HS seniors (+ large discretionary bonus)

Total hours: ~21 hrs/week

Open Registration: April 1st – May 12th, 2024

Winners Announced: May 24th, 2024

Celebration Dinner Reception: June 1st, 2024

Mondays,  11:30am – 5:30pm
Tuesdays,  11:30am – 5:30pm
Wednesdays, Field Trips
Thursdays, 11:30am – 5:30pm

• Help planning day’s activities for different age groups as needed
• Help identifying safety rules, designing/printing handouts, communication with children and parents
• Supervision of events during activities, lessons, field trips, etc.
• Organize events, prepare lessons, etc.. to teach the children spiritual biblical principles as well as essentials life skills
• Follow the Program lead servant instructions.
